Legacy Center is a four-story office building in the heart of North Plano.  This electrical installation consisted of a complete shell for future tenant build-out.  Site-work included extending Oncor service primary conduits to new swtichgear and transformer locations, site pole lighting and decorative bollard lighting.  Interior finishes required extensive LED niche lighting at ceilings, and in the floor around the lobby elevator.  As part of this contract, Ferrell Electric installed the shell Fire Alarm system, as well as a complete lightning protection system.
