This is a multi-family and commercial hybrid project, with 18 living units and 12,000 square feet of amenity space, including dining area, library and conference rooms.  Emergency power was provided by a generator installed during a previous phase.  This project also included extensive medium-voltage work, tying into the existing medium voltage insfrastructure.
