This project is an approximately 101,000 square foot data center shell, and shell space for 32,000 square feet of 2-story office space.  We utilized one of our subcontractors to furnish a complete fire alarm system.  This project required coordination with Oncor to extend their primary service feed to accommodate the future tenant's electrical needs.
