This is another mult-family / commercial hybrid project.  Our second building at this same facility.  This building contained 109 living units, and 15,000 square feet of common and amenity space.  Four wood framed living unit floors were constructed above a concrete podium garage.  This building also involved extensive medium voltage cabling.  A primary medium voltage loop was established by Ferrell Electric to minimize unit down-time when energizing future buildings.
